Scotch Super 33+ is a premium grade abrasion resistant tape which is 7 mil thick, flame retardant, all weather vinyl insulating tape for cable splices up to 600V. It is designed to perform continuously between a temperature range of -18 to 105 degrees Celsius.

Scotch® Super 33+™ Tape is an abrasion-resistant tape that offers electrical and mechanical protection with the combination of an aggressive, rubber-resin adhesive and an elastic PVC backing. This tape is highly resistant to UV rays, moisture, alkalis, acids, corrosion and varying weather conditions.

• Primary electrical insulation for all wire and cable splices rated up to 600 volts and up to 105°C (220°F)
• Primary electrical insulation for 600 volt bus applications, and protective jacketing for low and high voltage bus.

Applications :

3M 467MP Adhesive Transfer Tape provides excellent adhesion to metal and high surface energy plastics. It provides excellent sheer strength to resist slippage and edge lifting. This tape can be temporally repositioned for placement accuracy. Despite exposure to humidity and hot/cold temperature this tape performs well (upto 400 degrees Fahrenheit and 204 degrees Celsius). This tape contains a special PCK lay flat liner for increased dimensional stability in high humidity storage, processing, shipping and application conditions.
