Scotch Electrical Shielding Tape 24 is an all metal, open-weave shielding braid tape in a flat, cable-like form. It is conformable due to open-weave knit construction of two No.36 AWG tinned copper wires.

3M Acetate Cloth Electrical Tape 28 is an acetate cloth electrical tape with a rubber thermosetting adhesive. The tape shall be white and 8 mils (0,203 mm) thick. This tape shall be coated on one side with pressure-sensitive adhesive, which shall not require heat, moisture or other preparation prior to or subsequent to application. The adhesive coating shall be smooth and uniform and be free of lumps and bare spots. There shall be no separator between adjacent layers of the roll. 3M cloth electrical tape 28 shall perform at a temperature of 221°F (105°C) to -40°F (-40°C) without loss of physical or electrical properties.

Scotch Rubber Splicing Tape 23 is highly resistant to split, crack and flag when exposed to indoor or outdoor environments. It is designed to splice and terminate cables whose emergency overload temperatures can reach 266 degrees F (130 degrees C). This self-fusing ethylene propylene rubber, high-insulating voltage tape has a snakeskin liner that is easily removed as the tape is applied.

It is compatible with synthetic cables insulations and paper insulations cables. The rubber resin provides excellent adherence to irregular surfaces. 3M Glass Cloth Electrical Tape 69 is a white glass cloth tape with a high- temperature thermosetting silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is designed for use in 600-volt dry location applications motors, and transformers with and without varnish coating. Key attributes like high mechanical strength and resistance to high temperatures provide excellent performance. The thermosetting adhesive provides an increased bond once applied in areas of high ambient temperatures. The thermosetting adhesive provides elevated temperature performance up to Class N 392°F (200° C) temperature rating.

Scotch Fire-Retardant Electric Arc Proofing Tape 77 Series are designed to protect most types of electrical cables from fault arc-generated heat and flames of nearby cable failures. These elastomeric tapes are formulated to generate a thick, insulating charred buildup when exposed to high temperatures. The insulating charred buildup protects wrapped cables and cable accessories from the fault arc-generated heat and flames of cable failures within approximately 20 inches until limiting devices can interrupt the faulted circuit.

Applications:-

 To arc proof high-energy power cables that may be exposed to arc-fault generated heat and flames from nearby failures of other high-energy cables (any cables within 20 inches are considered to be exposed) To arc proof control cable when high energy power cables are present To provide additional electrical insulation, thus reducing possibilities of transferred arcs.

Shelf Life & Storage:-

This product has a 5-year shelf life from date of manufacture when stored in a humidity controlled storage (10°C/50°F to 27°C/80°F and <75% relative humidity).

3M Temflex 150 Vinyl Electrical Tape is 600V rated, general use grade, nominal 0.13 mm thick electrical insulating tape composed of an elastic vinyl (PVC) film backing coated on one side with a non-corrosive, pressure-sensitive adhesive. Manufactured in accordance with IS 7809 (Part 3/ Sec 1): 1986, the tape is ISI-marked and designated as [F-PVCp/90/0/Tp]. It is a general use electrical tape with flame-retardant (self-extinguishing) properties. This tape is available in six(6) colors.
